Before I release the full platform, I am starting with the standards that will govern the campaign itself.
The six Proof Before Power rules cover campaign money, evidence, donor access, paid relationships, corrections and public financial reporting. They are public commitments, not private guidelines. Their wording and change history will remain available so residents can hold me to them.
These are Rules 13 through 18 of an 18-rule framework. Rules 1 through 12 explain how I would make decisions, serve residents and use technology responsibly as mayor.
